All our Recycled Parts have been tested and inspected and are in working order when they leave our store. If they are not working when you receive them we will do everything reasonable to make you, the customer, happy. We will ship a replacement to you, if we have one available, if not we will refund the original purchase price. Depending on the problem you may be asked to return the original part. We ask that if you have any problem with any of our recycled parts that you contact us within the 30 day warranty period. Our warranty policy applies to our recycled parts to ensure the customer is assured that the part they order will work or we will make it right.

Our new parts come with a 30 day warranty and we will require the original part be returned. We will ship a replacement when ever possible. If because the part is no longer available or on back order from our suppliers a refund of the original purchase price will be issued.

We use PayPal as our preferred Payment method for both our security and yours. If we do not have your credit information we can not lose it to hackers. PayPal has the resources to keep their payment system up to date against all the ever changing internet threats.

If you choose to pay by mail we do accept checks and money orders as well Visa and MasterCard. We will ship the part as soon as we have a clear payment. We would feel more secure if you chose to pay with credit card that you either use PayPal or phone your payment in to our office that way you do not have your written credit information going through the mail.

We ship all orders as soon as possible, same day if received early enough or the following morning. We will try to get them to as soon as possible because we understand that a broken appliance is a major inconvenience and we want to keep your down time as short as possible.

We do not refund for misordered parts, so be sure you are ordering the right part, if you are unsure about the part number contact us and we will let you know the proper part number. If you order the wrong part without double checking we will not refund the purchase price.
